Put together by MJ Holding Company and released by Beckett Associates, the package promises $50 catalog value and every 10th pack contains $100 in book value cards. It took me a utility knife to open the case and the cards were sealed inside a white envelope.

Cutting to the chase the case consisted of 20 cards, all of them being from the 2001-02 Pacific Adrenaline 'World Beaters' insert set which can be pulled at an odds of 3:25 packs.
16 - Mario Lemieux. My favorite card/player from the lot.
15 - Alexei Kovalev. In his first stint as a Penguin, where he would put up his best numbers.
20 - Jaromir Jagr. I received double Jagr cards in the lot, I assume it was to increase the package value over/to $50. I did miss out on the Paul Kariya card that's in this set from the lot, making for an incomplete set.
17 - Keith Tkachuk.
18 - Teemu Selanne. I sometimes forget Selanne played a little over two seasons as a Shark.
19 - Mats Sundin. Personally I was never a fan of Sundin; but as a side note he scored at least 70 points in every season of his career.
14 - John Leclair.
13 - Martin Havlat.
12 - Eric Lindros. Lindros had his final impressive season in 2001-02, notching 73 points in 72 games. It all started to go downhill from there.
11 - Alexei Yashin. Still kickin'.
10 - Patrick Elias. I was surprised to find out that he was still with the Devils. I was also surprised to find out that Elias is tied with Sundin, Fedorov and Jagr with 15 overtime goals; the most in the NHL.
9 - Marian Gaborik.
3 - Joe Sakic. All these players have long resumes but the drift of this insert set is based on their international play. Sakic represented Team Canada a total of seven times. This has to be my favorite international Sakic moment.
4 - Mike Modano. Modano represented Team USA a total of 11 times in his playing career!
6 - Steve Yzerman.
5 - Brett Hull.
7 - Pavel Bure.
8 - Zigmund Palffy.
2 - Chris Drury.
The set books for $50 so Beckett Associates kept with their guarantee. Wish it came with the Kariya card though.
